Dietary Director Ron Farris has a Culinary Degree from Hocking College, which is accredited by the ACFEF, and has worked for Stouffer’s Corporation (8years), Omni Hotels (10 years) which includes a 4 diamond restaurant and AVI Food Systems (10 years).

Ron takes pride in serving residents three balanced meals a day which he and his staff prepare from scratch daily. Residents are encouraged to give their input on menus and if ever they wish to have something other than the scheduled meal there is an alternative menu they may chose from which also includes snacks that are available from 7am to 7pm.
